When customers use our valet parking service, our staff collects their phone number using the following verbal consent script:

“May I have your phone number? We will send you a text message with your parking ticket and notify you when your vehicle is ready for pickup. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages.”
By providing their phone number to our valet staff, customers consent to receive SMS notifications related to their parking service.
2. Types of Messages
Customers will receive transactional SMS messages including:
- Check-in confirmation with ticket/reservation code
- Vehicle ready for pickup notification
- Payment and return request links
- Service status updates
3. Message Frequency
Typically 2-4 messages per parking session
Message frequency varies based on service usage.
4. Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message.
You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
